Buffalo Chicken Wraps

Spicy chicken in wrap form.

  • Main Ingredient: Underwood® White Meat Chicken Spread


  • 1/2 cup celery (chopped)
  • 1/3 cup onion (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese (at room temperature)
  • 1 cup iceburg lettuce (shredded)
  • 4 8 inch whole wheat tortillas
  • 1 4.25 oz. can Underwood® White Meat Chicken Spread
  • 1 Tbsp. Trappey's® Red Devil Cayenne Pepper Sauce


Stir cream cheese until smooth. Mix in remaining ingredients, except lettuce and tortillas.Chill for 15 minutes. Spread mixture over tortillas, leaving a 1' border. Sprinkle with lettuce, roll up tightly. Slice each wrap in half diagonally, and serve. Alternately, wraps may be sliced crosswise into pinwheels. Makes 8 half tortilla wraps.
