Pesto Chicken Ciabatta Sandwich

- Pesto, roasted peppers and fresh mozzarella are the perfect complement to chicken, especially when served on crusty ciabatta rolls.
- 1 can White Meat Chicken Spread
- 1 1/2 tbsp prepared pesto
- 2 ciabatta rolls
- 4 oz fresh mozzarella
- 1 cup arugula or baby spinach
- In small bowl, combine chicken spread and pesto. Spread mixture evenly on bottoms of ciabatta rolls.
- Top evenly with roasted pepper, mozzarella and arugula. Spread additional pesto on inside of roll if desired.
