Zesty Reuben Sandwich Recipe

- Horseradish adds a zesty kick to the traditional Reuben flavors. Pan frying allows the flavors to meld together into a mouthwatering combination.
Ingredients
- 1 can Corned Beef Spread
- 3 tbsp Thousand Island dressing
- 1 tbsp prepared horseradish
- 1/2 cup sauerkraut
- 4 slice Swiss cheese
- 4 slice rye bread
- 1 tbsp butter
Directions
- In medium bowl, combine corned beef spread, Thousand Island dressing and horseradish. Spread corned beef mixture evenly over 2 slices of bread. Top evenly with sauerkraut, cheese and remaining bread slices.
- In large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Cook sandwiches 8 minutes, turning once, until browned and cheese is melted.
