Cashew Chicken Salad

Salad with chicken and cashews.

Ingredients

1/2 cup cashews
2 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tbsp green onions
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp honey
2 can White Meat Chicken Spread

Directions

In small bowl, combine all ingredients.
Serve with lettuce on whole wheat bread, kaiser rolls or in pita bread pockets.

Tips

Garnish with additional cashews for a crunchy delight!
