Chicken & Almond Sandwich

- The perfect sandwich for lunch.
- 1 can White Meat Chicken Spread
- 6 tbsp almonds
- 1/3 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1 1/2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 8 lettuce leaves
- 8 slice bread
- In a small bowl, combine White Meat Chicken Spread, almonds, cheese and mayonnaise. Chill until cold.
- Spread chicken mixture on four slices of bread. Top with lettuce and remaining slices of bread.
